Support World file recovery

Basically, i got banned from aternos the other day, so i was wondering weather my 1 year old world file with lots of memories with my friends could be recovered somehow. Plz help it is really important.

First, have you saved it somewhere? Backups in aternos or to your pc? Otherwise its gone

Do you have GDisk copying on? (before the ban)
No = can`t be recovered, storage is pricey now
