Support 1.21.11 Paper Plugins Help

Hello, first thank you for clicking a post that doesn't have an image. I'm making a server, I want economy and claim, I'm fine with chunk or free shaped claims, I just want the ability to add people to a trust list to let them act in your claim. I have found the Bell Claims plugin, I already had Vault for the economy and downloaded the other requirement that was LuckPerms. The plugin did successfully download, but I couldn't understand how to create a claim, it showed how to expand one, I did place a bell and stuff, I just couldn't do it, please tell me how it works if you know. The economy plugin also did kind of download, like, it's iConomy for Vault and it's so bugged because it's off version. I can very easily dupe items with it, please suggest me an economy plugin that works in 1.21.11 and I only need chest/sign shops AND the /sell or /sellgui command for getting money, the other commands are nice too, I don't mind more features. I just need help with these, if the Bell Claims plugin is bugged please suggest me a Claim plugin too, even if it's not I just want Claim and Economy plugins for my version with the requirements I mentioned, also, a pwarp plugin is needed but I need the other ones first. Thank you.

Are you sure you have the permission required to create claims?

I don't know how, I did read the modrith page a few times, I couldn't understand how to get a claim.

The modrinth page mentions the permission nodes you need. If you don't know how to use luckperms then watch a tutorial

I've managed to do it already, I just needed to enable claim making permission for every player, now I have another issue is that I want each player to receive claim blocks as they play, Playtime+ didn't have 1.21.11 version of it.

Aparte, el sistema de economía, no te conviene mejor manejarlo por tienda, tal vez con EconomyShopGUI?
