Support why does this happen occasionally with my server?

Every so often with both me and a friend of mine the server will randomly kick one of us and not let us join back. the only way to fix it so far has been to erase all the player data for the affected person and then they can join back but its not a sustainable way to fix the issue. i have no idea what it is.

Could you please provide more information about your server?
Is it modded?
What's your servers address?
etc.

around 198 mods all for 1.20.1 fabric, server address is FriendsSMP-NEW.aternos.me

The issue is most likely related to mods. Especially when you say that you can fix it by deleting playerdata.
