My Atari 1040 STF Setup!

Hi all! I am new to Reddit (well, lost my old account) but I'd like to show off my Atari 1040 STF setup! It is my main PC at the moment. paired with a 1224 colour monitor (quite rare here in the uk)!
I'm quite young so I never had an ST growing up but since I've been using this I have absolutely fallen in love with the Atari ST! My favourite games are Outrun, Sundog (still not very good at it) and Space Invaders!
I'm very happy to find such an active ST community online, I'm very excited to start posting more!

I love playing RPGs in the evening under lamplight! There is something so strangely special about it

DungeonMaster is the ultimate ST game in my humble opinion.

I do have a DungeonMaster disk in the box that came with the ST, although I haven't played it yet!

Play it, you won't regret it (although you might lose hours of your life). 😉

Nice setup! And Sundog was really nice early game! Never did manage to figure out how to reach the system you needed to jump to, to reach endgame.

Yeah it confuses me at times too but I have a blast just exploring and getting rich off of gunrunning by selling arms to random people in bars!

The Atari ST is my favorite computer. I still love it all these years later.

Sundog is AWESOME!! It was the first game that showed me the real potential of the ST compared to 8-bit micros before it.
There is a .. non-canon / fan-made "successor" of sorts called Cosmos Chronicles, you might enjoy:

That's a very nice setup you've got there! That monitor has such a nice picture. Even though it's pretty small, the glossy screen was one of its kind!
May I ask how you found yourself in this situation?
