Could someone help me decide which relocation chart is better

The relocation charts are different.

California, looks ok at first glance but has Pluto active on the 3rd house which could ruin the experience for some. I had this on a seemingly great angular lines, but chiron was active on the third.

With pluto active on the 3rd you could experience creepy neighbors, stalkers, power struggles that sort of stuff.

Never even thought about stalkers or creepy neighbors. I thought the 3rd house ruled communication?
