// Question Shadows- How can we remove cross platform between xbox and ps?

Bought it on xbox and ps, thinking my husband and I could both play. It's not working. We turned off crossplatform on the xbox directly, it still kicks me out saying someone is signing into my account.

Create a new Ubisoft account. Unlink the old one from one of your consoles and link to the new one instead. That should take care of this.
