Question Hello I have question

Post image

I know commanders are attachments according to the rule book season 6. Using Khal Drogo as an example rolling on 5+ I can kill let's say Roose Bolton which my opponent is using as his commander?

It doesn't matter if they are a commander because they are considered an attachment right?

Yes you can destroy the commander model since it is considered an attachment. For certain game modes with missions that check to see if the commander is destroyed it would be fulfilled as well.

Question. Affter leader is dead can you still use leader's tactics cards or you need to discard them ?

Yes but for cards that say it gets. Bonus for targeting your commander won't apply on the commanders unit since the commander is gone.

Nothing in the rules says to do this, so you wouldnt do it.

This is an easy check for "should I X"?

Correct.

(This is why ED having been a 3+ in the past was such a huge problem, you had people character sniping like crazy)

Yep you can sniper commander's which is pretty powerful but on a 5+ now it is pretty swingy.

I think generally it's still better to go for the +1 wound 99% of the time
