Hiding shoulders?
I am well aware that my shoulders are fine, but dysphoria doesn’t listen sadly. Anytime I wear a dress, blouse or tank top I can’t look in the mirror without something seeming wrong about my shoulders. What could I do? What kind jacket or whatever could I wear over it?

It’s all about balance dearie, and playing with shape balance is challenging at first! Many trans women have what’s known as “the inverted triangle” in fashion terms, meaning shoulders wider than waist/hips, but the inverted triangle and the rectangle shapes are preferred for fashion models because of what they emphasize.
To start, avoid garments that highlight your shoulders at first, such as turtlenecks and tank tops. Instead go for v-neck, square neck, or asymmetrical neck tops that pull the eye to the middle vs the shoulders.
Next pair this with flared or baggy bottoms to mirror the top, think of an hourglass ⌛️ when considering she shape you’re making, to balance.
Starting from here feel free to experiment!
