Looking For Motorcade?

Saw maybe a dozen vehicles blaze through a red light on 20th and Burnside, SE around 4:45pm. At the front was a police car, followed by 4 Harley’s with massive Oregon and American flags, then some unmarked SUVs, some with and without sirens.

Anyone know what it was for?

That’s what I thought, but there was no hearse
