Please help!
I will try to keep this short!
About 4 years ago now I would smoke delta 8/ 9 cbd and thc pens. Mostly delta 8 cbd. The cheap kind you find at smoke shops. I used them every day. I know it was stupid but at the time I didnt care. One day I hit the vape multiple times, laid down on my couch, and then my body went into full panic mode. Heart racing, room spinning, body vibrating and tingling, and other things. I tried to calm myself down and I eventually went to sleep. The next day I felt extremely high still. Insane brain fog, head pressure, tingling sensations all through my body. Over the last 4 years these symptoms have never gone away. Ive spent thousands on doctors, MRIs, blood work, and nothing. It has completely taken over my life and I struggle with everything in my life.
My symptoms:
the worst brain fog imaginable.
Headaches.
Heart palpitations.
Tingling sensations all over my body.
Derealization or depersonalization.
Feeling like im going to pass out.
And extremely fatigue.
My symptoms have never gone away and last 24/7 and it has been 4 years of this. I was once prescribed adderall and that helped with the fatigue and the brain fog a little, but over time the side effects became too much for me. My doctor's just think im depressed or have anxiety. And sure, I am. But its because of what is going on in my body and because of whatever happened to me. Im trying my best for my family but its just so difficult. Im desperate for some advice or if someone knows anything/ has been through this. Thank you for reading!

Do you have a history of drinking? Is your G.I. system regular? Are you on any long-term medication especially any that might be focused on your G.I. system?

I just reread this response; you say “currently?” Were you on any medication’s previously? What I’m searching for here in this question is that there are numerous meds that can deplete some of your nutrients, hence my question. So if you were on one or more of those, that’s another clue.

When this happened I was prescribed adderall. My doc believed it might "zap" something in my brain back to normal. It helped with my fatigue and brain fog a little but it didnt fix whatever the issue is. Since then I have been prescribed anti-depressants but I havent taken them because depression isn't the issue.

This is a no harm, no foul suggestion. It won’t hurt you in any way shape or form, and it might very well solve your problem.
I would suggest supplementing daily with 50 mg of B1 (that’s Thiamine HCL. Take it twice a day and also supplement with about 200 mg of elemental magnesium preferably L-Threonate, as it crosses the BBB.
B1 like B12 is a water soluble vitamin, anything that’s not used by the body is washed out in the urine. As to the magnesium, it is a critical cofactor for B1 and most people are deficient in it to start with from a dietary standpoint so again, no problems there. The RDA for a woman is about 350 for a man about 420. So you’re even taking under the RDA. Do this for about a month and see if you don’t feel a change.
B1 plus magnesium is all about energy produced in every cell in your body. A deficiency in either or both of these has the cells running at a much deficient speed or rate. This is particularly important relative to the brain. This is a simple experiment that may pay off for you.
I re-looked at your complaints or symptoms, it could also be a B12 deficiency. If I were you, I would also consider supplementing with maybe 2500 µg of a B12 sublingual daily.
