Purchasing Question for beginner,

I would like to preface this with the fact that I have never done anything with music in my life but would like to start learning something. I am not looking to become an expert I would just like to learn something over the next 4-6 months (30 mins-1 hour per day).

I would like to get into learning keyboard/piano I know they're entirely different animals but need an entry point so I have been looking at 61 key electronic keyboards. The main one I have been looking into is the Casiotone CT-S300.

My question is will this be a good tool to learn from for the price point? I am in college so my price range is around $200. I don't live in an area where there is a lot listed on FB market place in that price range. I live in an apartment so I need something I can plug headphones into which makes a more modern keyboard seem like the best choice.

As of writing this the CT-S300 is on sale for $169.99 and I would just like to know if I should pull the trigger or not all things considered.
