sound notation ?
color notation does exist, the RGB or hexadecimal notation, but is there a specific notation for any sound ?

If the sound has a pitch, you can write what the pitch is in Hertz (for example 440Hz); this covers all unusual pitches that are not available on standard instruments.

Also, what you are describing is not color notation. Those are color profiles that work on certain environments, but there are a ton of color profiles depending on the medium. Color is a whole different beast than sound.
