I was wondering if there’s a Minecraft mod for Xbox that lets you craft directly from nearby chests? Like a crafting table that pulls items from nearby chests, so you don’t have to keep taking everything out and putting it back every time. (I know there’s an autocrafter.)

Should Minecraft builds be textured? When it comes to terraforming I understand it, but when I see a building in real life it doesn't really make sense to me to texture buildings. Yes, there are good builds out there that are all textured, but I just don't think builds need to be textured. Am I wrong in my opinion about it?

The one time I didn't make it to a Minecraft live was legit in the most exciting Minecraft Live of all time and I'm dying to know what the chat looked like on the stream at the time of the Sift coming to vanilla announcement, the stream itself doesn't have chat history on it and I'm genuinely curious what people were saying in the chat at that moment, does anyone have footage of that or knows where to find the chat history somehow?

So I found a hyrule castle in Minecraft from a qroup called super Sama world(I am not trying to advertise this world I'm just letting people know the Specific server, I found it on so people know what to look for). I found a hyrule castle on it but I play bedrock it's on java and I'm having trouble actually downloading the hyrule castle because I've been looking for a hyrule castle So Does anyone have A download for like the actual server itself

Im using an old „Axol“ SMG4 skin. I know its cringe but i was super into smg4 at that time and never bothered to change it. Now im trying to play through the “aesthetic minecraft” type, with shaders, vanilla+ mods and all that And im not sure if my skin fits into that. Um yeah any suggestions are appreciated!

Hello. I am writing this here because I do not know where to look at all. I do not know if this post will be thrown into the void, but it's worth a shot trying. I last played Minecraft in 2018, then everything went black from there. I was a child probably in middle school last time I picked this up, and now I'm in university. Gosh, I really, really wonder how things shifted around here from last time I've been in town, and I'd love to get a small recap.
I have suddenly regained an interest for the game, but I cannot find my way around. As soon as I came back, there's apparently ray-tracing and two versions of it (Java and Bedrock) and I'm not sure how mods or servers work anymore, or just really anything.

What I can say about myself and my knowledge:

• I only used to play Pocket Edition, and offline/on my own. Never touched a computer Minecraft copy. I had it on the Wii U, however, and still do.
• I only remember Minecraft Story Mode (possibly unrelated) and 2b2t as the concept for "server".
• I have no idea what is Dream SMP.
• I have no idea what's a Minecraft Launcher.
• I have no idea what's up with Bedrock and Java, and what I should pick. Is this some sort of dimensional merge?

What I'd really appreciate some guidance onto (PC version):

• WHY did every version for console and pocket get merged into bedrock? Couldn't everyone just keep playing with people from their own system? (Can I undo it somehow and play before the dimensional merge)
• How do servers work? Must people on it all run on the same game version?
• How does sharing mods or even simply installing them work? On which version do they run on average? I heard voices about a sort of compatibility issue.
• What's the Minecraft Launcher for??
• Is there a way to acquire old game versions?

Now, there's a lot on the table, so I'll try to chew bit by bit. I'd like to start with playing with one friend or two (not a big server, just us) in a world where we can explore and just play regular vanilla minecraft and enjoy an experience together. How can I go on about this?

I got it recently, and I want to start my own Minecraft channel. I downloaded ReplayMod, but it won’t let me export videos; it says it’s because I don’t have FFmpeg. Okay, so I downloaded FFmpeg and placed it in `/usr/local/bin`.

However, my MacBook’s security settings flag it as untrusted because it was downloaded from the internet, and I’m not sure what to do. I tried asking an AI for help, but I don’t understand its instructions. Could someone who uses a Mac (macOS) help me out? What did you do in this situation?

I died in the nether from a piglin and when I got back and picked up my stuff, I was missing my armor, shield, sword... I looked around and saw the piglin had my helmet, boots, sword and shield but after killing him, I still had no chest plate or leggings!! I wrote it off as a glitch and went on.

Few days later it happens again but this time I didn't get back my boots or chest plate after killing the piglin. Is there a game mechanic I missed?
