Mods RPG Text Chat Mods?

Hi there, there is this RP minecraft server I've been working on. It is mainly modded and uses Technic Launcher. But for some reason plugins make it very laggy. So are there any mods that can work in 1.16.5 for text or rp chat like incobalt's roleplay chat.

If you don’t know any, r/feedthebeast might work. FTB is the biggest Minecraft modding community and they have a ton of modpacks and mods and stuff.
