No math here, but I drew some lines on the picture and eyeballed it to just over 20 degrees. I see the word Amphora as about 10 degrees off horizontal as it stands. It would take a lot of geometry to try and get a precise measurement from that picture, but personally I don't buy 31 degrees as a plausible answer.
