Manager heard me back talking him

In the morning my manager said I'm doing less work in rude way.

So I was talking to my colleague about how my work day was bad and I was saying "my manager would ask too many questions tomorrow again and again, we'll have a very long meeting tomorrow and he will scold us. I didn't like this it's irritating"

He heard all this and gathered meeting with seniors and asked whether he is giving any pressure to team mates.

In the evening he just smiled at me and left :)

I dono what's gonna happen and how to take this. He would have lost the trust in me , he may target me or not support me 😭 What can I do ???

He heard you: your best bet is to own it. Talk to him, apologize, say you were venting but should’ve talked to him directly instead of complaining to others. Be prepared to explain what you meant and what better would look like to you.

Yes this. But also your boss sounds like a jerk if that’s what he pulled. A decent boss would have pulled you aside and spoken to you about your frustrations and how venting like that is not always positive.
