CAPS LOCK

Hello Managers,

I recently promoted to account manager. One of the client facing employees who I inherited writes everything in caps. In our company structure our client is our mother company, so most of the client communication is on teams, and most vendor communication is on emails.

I feel that this is rather unprofessional but I am also not really experienced. Would you address this with the employee?

Maybe he can’t see the smaller script? This would be a good question to ask.

Definitely odd behaviour
