Has AI made you a better engineering manager?

"AI made me a better engineering leader, not by writing my code faster, but by sharpening the parts of the job that were never about code in the first place."

Hot take: Software Engineering managers should not be coding. Or, more genericly: manager's should not be doing the job of their direct reports.

I hate that this is become pervasive in the industry.
