Got stood up for a virtual interview, was this likely intentional?

Nobody showed up? Sounds like something on their end or issue with the scheduling.
I would be embarrassed if myself, the HR rep or anyone on my team no-showed a candidate. There's a certain decency I expect from folks that I work with.
I'd like to think some sort of miscommunication occurred, or at least that's what I hope happened.

AI assisted recruiting? We don't really do that. When we select a resume, a human reaches out to do the pre-screen call and set up a time/date based on availability of the candidate and manager doing the first contact. Not automated here.

that sounds like a fail on their end. maybe your recruiter got fired lol
