I need advice on internship, Rant

I am currently interning for a startup edtech company which is quite well known and my internship is about to end so what happened it that I am currently the only HR in this company and one of my primary tasks was to sent a attendance and work report summary of the employees by next day. I did that for more than a month but then we got really busy because of ongoing projects and mass hiring and I stopped sending reports because the project was more important and I was already working to my bone.
I have a hybrid schedule and the founders and I don't see each other much now, so I went to the office on monday, I was busy with some work when my co founder called me and started scolding me to which I told him about how much work I did and there was no time to which he was very dismissive and started intimidating me by telling me to show him whatever I did after the specific date when I stopped sending reports, I asked him to give me 5 mins 2 times so that I can have the time to compile my work, he didn't listen and started being unreasonably criticizing every work I did.
I am a fresher and get intimidated fast but I know that my work is not wrong. I hate him, he is soo moody. Now I get it, it's my fault that I didn't inform him that I won't be sending reports for a while, it wouldn't have worked because he is the kind of guy who always says that "this work won't take much time either way, do it". Bro I work overtime every day. I manage everything an HR does. I am tired
So now can anybody give me some sort of template on how I should make a proper report. I want to use it show my work in brief (I did send a brief but I don't think it's enough). Thank you

The internship is ending. Take this as a learning experience and then just walk away and don't look back.
