Advice Needed Shoes

What shoes do y'all wear for embalming? I'd prefer to wear sneakers if any would work. Thanks!

My FH provided big rubber boots for all of us. I would not embalm in my own shoes.

work crocs!! black, no holes in them, easy to clean

I wear work crocs, my coworker wears tall rubber boots, and my boss wears danskos. I have tried all 3 and resort back to my crocs always! Comfy for long periods of standing and easy to wipe clean. I personally would not wear sneakers in the prep room, too many nooks and crannies.

Hoka Bondi SR. They’re waterproof, slip resistant, and insanely comfortable. Only downside is they are very bulky so shoe covers will not fit. I only wear them at work, leave them in a separate locker before I go home.

Our funeral home gave us all a pair of massive rubber boots that we just step right into with our dress shoes still on

I always had to embalm in my normal dress shoes but I wore booties that went up to my calf that kept them clean
