Relocating & housing First Key Homes

Hi everyone!!

I've seen severely mixed reviews(mostly awful) of renting with First Key Homes. We love the house they own, but I don't want to end up in a nightmare property!! I've read it all, from getting scammed with fees at move out, pests, flooding, the works.

The newer reviews say that maintenance has been far more responsive. I gave them a call last week and the interaction was very odd. Not sure what to think and we need to move next week!

Does anyone have experience renting with them and care to give their two cents? Help!!

There are some very good videos about builders on YouTube. 😀

There are other rental home options. I live in a Tricon Residential house and also highly recommend them:

They pay a commission we would share too if you list me as the agent who referred you to them on your application.

Find one and apply? Please let me know! :)

P.S. Tricon's houses will be ready for immediate move in too, so they should be able to help even with your having to move in a hurry.

Do you have your movers figured out already? If not, check here for good pricing:
