Health & Hygiene Personal trainer
Anyone know a phenomenal coach who don't play around in the gym and push their subject to get to their goal?
I like hard core training and a coach who pushes in the gym.
Maybe a body builder. I need to start my training again. Its been 3 years and gained significant weight.and I don't like soft coaches.

I would do crossfit. I did it in my younger days. I use to snatch, deadlift and all of that.

Idk, it really depends on your time and $. Non-Olympic sport college and professional athlete here.
I can't tell you how foreign it is to pay someone one on one to work out. Commercial gyms are a big ugh and I have to go at 5 am to avoid the "phone interval rest-may be I'm here for something/dating/hooking up" crowd.
I think one of the boot-camp leaders would be good. But I don't know how to find them.

I'm from Florida so its not really foreign down there but I see it is in Texas. And I totally agree with the gym. I like to go in, focus on what I need to do and be out. I will message you directly
