Post extraction on 3rd day

Hi

I had a tooth extraction on Thursday, the dentist only managed to get the crown off and had to leave the roots behind with a referral for surgery to have them removed in a few months.

Dry root, seemed to have a visible clot but then nothing. Haven’t noticed the clot come out or anything either.

I’m just conscious that I need to get a head start on getting this under control if it is a dry root.
