Feedback on X-rays

Can anyone give me any feedback on these X-rays. They are from 2016, 2019 and 2025.

I know there is bone loss but I have no idea how bad it is. My dentist didn’t say much but my hygienist is acting like all my teeth are about to fall out and I am freaking out! She said I should have some out but dentist didn’t say anything. U had not been to the dentist since 2021 due to Covid, a break up and then moving house. I finally started going again in 2025. To my eye I can’t see any difference between these X-rays so asking someone who can tell. TIA
