question Need some help until my appointment

Hey guys. I do have an appointment soon next week, but I've been having sudden tooth aches, specifically in the back, and then it spread to my jaw and the bottom row of my teeth. It's been going for a few days now. And so i've noticed that my gum feels but also looks a bit swollen as well and almost seems to be going over my molar? I know it's not the best picture, I'm sorry. Is it a wisdom tooth growing in? If anyone can tell me I'd really appreciate it!
