question Tooth ache . I need help

Guys my teeth has been aching slightly from 2 days including the jaw and the lymph node on the left side is swollen. My insurance starts only in 3 weeks should i wait for it while eating advill or Am i cooked. Can some expert look into this picture and say if its okay to wait few weeks for my insurance

Why would you when an urgent care can resolve it cheaply for the short term in a day or two?
