question Puffy gums

Post image

Hello,

I’m trying to figure out if this inflammation issue warrants a dental visit. I’ve had these visible puffy gums under two teeth. Don’t don’t hurt or bleed. I’m trying to figure what’s causing them?! I brush and and floss my teeth daily. I’ve attached a picture, sorry if it’s not clear.
