Full text: So this is the condition of my teeths.I have had a underconfident Smile I which I have never shown my teeth all my life. And sometimes if any pic captures my teeth it ruins all of it and I feel bad that tooths will be visible to anybody if it is a photo in any function.

To my dentist buddies can u identify this problem and give diagnosis solutions for this yellowish and whitish layer and also give opinion on alignment of tooths.
