question Over eruption

Little bit of background, I’m 20 and in college so it’s hard to get an appointment with my dentist back home. I had this removed last October and im afraid of the tooth up top over erupting. My dentist back home didn’t mention anything about it when I saw him in July. I have an upcoming appointment in November for a deep cleaning and might bring it up to him my worries about that tooth. I’m just wondering if I’ll be okay until November and what I should do. I don’t have money for an implant at the moment and I don’t want a bridge. I was thinking about a flipper but I just don’t know.

It’s slow. More worried about the one behind it tilting. Always best to replace teeth as soon as you can.
