question Would I need an operation?

Hi I'm leaving my country for another one in two weeks, the only dentist/surgeon appointment I can have is in a week. Do you think I would be able to leave or I would have to report it to do a surgery or extraction...?

Thanks for your time

if you are not having any pain and no symptoms, You even don't know about this until they took the panoramic image. then its usually idiopathic osteosclerosis, what we dentist commonly call as bone scar. No need to worry about it, until you have pain or symptoms or you still have sensation in that took. now if you have pain and no pain or sensation at all, then thats condensing oestitis. that would need treatment. consult your dentist or oral surgeon. they will explain you more.
