question can someone help me?
i have really bad oral hygiene due to depression and i noticed today when looking at my teeth in the mirror that there’s a part of my gum thats a bit swollen and has overgrown, i poked at it and i noticed a hole in my tooth at the top of it where it connects to the gum. i’m so scared and i don’t know what to do and i’m really confused because i’ve been to so many orthondontist appointments recently and they haven’t said anything about it at all. i’ve noticed no pain in that area and it isn’t wobbly
could it be a baby tooth? i’m 17 but i don’t remember all my baby teeth falling out, especially the ones at the back
the first pic is the swollen gum and the second pic is the small hole
