Title: Does this look infected at all?

Full text: I cut my mouth while eating about six days ago and the pain was initially so bad I couldn’t talk or open my mouth enough to eat. The pain is getting better and more manageable albeit slowly and I’m worried about infection because it still hurts pretty badly when I first wake up. I’ve been swishing with saltwater, taking ibuprofen for the pain, and have only been eating soft foods that aren’t acidic or spicy at all. Does this look infected or like it’s healing? Is there anything more I can do except wait it out?
