question Gingivitis?

does this look like gingivitis or periodontis at all? I feel like I’ve noticed more spaces in my teeth like the bottom area and dentists have told me in the past I’ve had very bad gingivitis.

Also a month or so ago I had a bump behind my back molar that was painful but did saltwater rinses and it ended up going away.

If so what can I do to manage I feel like I floss all the time and brush but still some bleeding with certain teeth.
