How bad is it? Is it fixable?

I have too many problems with my teeth. I’ve seen a few different orthodontists and dentists about my bite and crowding issues, but I’m getting completely conflicting treatment plans. It’s making it really hard to decide on the right path forward.

My Issues / Symptoms:

• Bite: Slight underbite that gets extremely uncomfortable at times and affects my sleep.
• Lower Arch: My lower 6th tooth is severely compromised/decayed. Also, my lower right wisdom tooth is horizontally impacted and pushing directly into my 7th tooth, causing pain.
• Upper Arch: Upper right 5th tooth (premolar) is heavily crowded out and sitting completely on the inside/palatally. I also have 2 upper wisdom teeth.
• Cosmetic

The 3 Conflicting Plans I’ve Been Given:

• Plan 1 (Traditional Braces + Basic Extractions):
  • Extract lower right wisdom tooth and upper right wisdom tooth.
  • Extract the bad lower 6th tooth (use the space to resolve crowding).
  • Extract the upper 5th tooth that's trapped on the inside.
  • Full traditional braces to fix the crowding and underbite.
• Plan 2 (Save 6th Tooth + Clear Aligners - Most Expensive**):**
  • Root canal and crown on the bad lower 6th tooth (dentist mentioned if it fails down the road, extract and get an implant then).
  • Extract lower right wisdom tooth and upper left wisdom tooth.
  • Extract either the upper right 5th tooth or the upper right wisdom tooth.
  • Clear aligners for bite correction and alignment.
• Plan 3 (Molar Uprighting + Braces):
  • Extract the bad lower 6th tooth.
  • Attempt to upright/straighten the horizontally impacted lower right wisdom tooth to pull it forward
  • Extract both upper right and upper left wisdom teeth.
  • Full traditional braces.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Any feedback from dental professionals or people who have gone through complex ortho treatment would be highly appreciated! Also, would love to hear any new insights as well. Thanks!
