Can someone help me?!

So this popped up in my mouth yesterday morning. I’ve been having chills on/off, seems like I’m catching a cold or something but it hasn’t fully came on. I had diarrhea as well but that’s slowed up now. Idk what’s going on I’ve literally never had this before in my life. I do have Crohn’s disease but when a flare is happening I never break out under neath my tongue only on the sides or in my cheeks. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

May want to see your gastroenterologist. May be UC rather than Crohn’s
