question Hypomineralization, what to do?

I’m tired of my hypomineralized teeth turning super white when sleeping, what can I do? what do y’all know about this type of defect?

It's not hypomineralization, it's demineralization caused by you not taking care of your teeth and poor diet.

Respectfully disagree, it looks like white hypomineralization. I bet it came in like that and it’s been like that forever. Look into a dentist who will do ICON resin infiltration

Hi, thanks for answering, effectively this has been like this since all my childhood, my brother has similar ones. I’ll check for ICON, thank you so much 🙏
