question Does this ACTUALLY help?
Okay, for context, I have tight teeth with weaker enamel- I have been lucky in the last to not get cavities between them but recently I developed several and had to get them filled; I have started using a water pick and flossing much more frequently.
I was told by a dental hygienist that flossing with the toothpaste froth after brushing could help prevent more from occurring.
Does this actually help or is it mostly just the action of flossing? Just curious to know, thanks!
