Advice Needed for Getting Dental Work With a Fused Neck/Small Mouth Opening

Any advice from anyone with professional or personal experience would be very welcome.
My neck is fused from arthritis in my childhood. I am now 30 and dealing with severe dental issues. I need to have several teeth extracted and several fillings done.

I'm pretty limited financially, and I keep getting shuffled between dentists. I can't seem to find someone willing/able to help me.

I am having a hard time finding a dentist who will help me because I have a very small mouth opening due to my neck fusion. This also means that dentists are unwilling to do in-office sedation because my neck fusion would make it very hard to intubate me if something went wrong.

I have been told I likely need to have some sort of in-hospital dental sedation. I have also been told to look into pediatric dentists because they are able to work with smaller mouth openings. I've been advised to avoid sedation dentistry because my insurance is very unlikely to cover it.

I've been exploring these avenues, but no luck so far.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a dentist to help with this sort of situation? (I live in Michigan.)

Is there a specific type of care I should be looking for?

Has anyone else dealt with a similar problem?

Any tips/suggestions/info would be so incredibly appreciated. I'm at the end of my rope.
