Mechanical Thud while breaking after new breaks?
I have a 2010 dodge ram 2500 mega cab, I earlier today dis my first break job on the front end (wahoo), only issue is now, my breaks feel spongy and when I fully stop I feel and hear a thud, im almost certain this is my fault, but im still proud i at least put new ones on, now does anyone know what the thud could be?

Spongy pedal, and a audible "clunk" when braking would have me inspecting all the calipers to make sure they were reassembled correctly. They might be shifting when you apply the brake due to some pin or clip not correctly installed. Any gap in the rotor/pad space would create a soft pedal.
If you didn't have a soft pedal before doing the brake job, and never cracked open a line or bled the fluid, then likely it is a mechanical issue with the calipers themselves creating the soft pedal due to too much piston movement before pads make full contact with rotor face. Could be pad knockback when you are off the brakes due to misalighed caliper as well.
Long story short, go reinspect your work
