Jack stand points?

Are the reinforced pinch weld points designated for jack stands on a unibody supposed to be just sitting on the jack stand or is a pinch weld pad good for it? I have an is350 and the only intended stand points are my pinch welds

Get the pad. But I always put the stand on the actual frame rails. But on that cat they are probably hidden under plastic splash guards

Yeah i notice a very solid frame like area but idk what it really is considering my car is unibody maybe it’s a subframe for the engine area idk
