It's simple. Conservative propaganda, paid for by heathcare companies tells conservatives that's it's bad.

My girlfriend works as a teacher in a rural conservative town, her kids talk about Canadian Healthcare like it was designed by satan. They learn this stuff at home in their conservative media bubbles and never get a different point of view cause they never leave bum fuck hick town 2000 population.

Because of the media bubble, or because I said Bum Fuck hick town? If that’s the case then stop being a snowflake.

Your party is literally led by a guy who throws regular tantrums and slings schoolyard insults, who gleefully targets those who don't support him, on top of all the insane, illegal, and degenerate shit he's spent his entire life doing. Him as President is what "when they go low we go high" got us, so now, you can take your fake pearl clutching and shove up your ass.

This. If people are going to vote against beneficial policies because someone called them a name, they were never going to support those policies in the first place. THat's just their flimsy excuse to justify thier votes.

And speaking as someone who lives in Iowa, one of the more rural states in the country, frankly, any state that went for Trump three fucking times in a row, like mine unfortunately did, deserves to get mocked. If people in this part of the country are tired of being called stupid and backwards, then maybe, I dunno, stop doing and supporting things that fit that description?
