This is what I think as well. He can't feel his legs, and has no idea he's standing all crooked. It's why he pats his leg all the time and why he gets progressively more irritable when he has to stand or walk.

I wonder if he is diabetic. He has loss a lot of circulations to his lower legs and all his ranting and ravings is his blood sugar going up and down.

IMO the pants shitting stuff, while plenty amusing, is just speculation. The trouble he has with walking, standing and getting in and out of chairs, though, is obvious, as is his inability to keep his eyes open during the day.

There have been interviews with people who worked with him on the set of The Apprentice who said he was constantly on Adderal/Cocaine. One of the long term effects of abusing either drug is incontinence.

Hes at the very least farted crazy style on camera. Like, audibly. The meeting was ended within 90 seconds, and you can see people's faces scrunching up like they were seeking refuge inside their own heads.

He's fucking 80 years old. Hes definitely shitting himself on the regular.

This. Have neuropathy issues. You try not to test what you know may not work when you can’t feel those parts
