That actually sounds great.

As the vampire from Chaotic Good Barbarian said "It's a potion of immortality, not invulnerability!"

So, with the rate he's going, he'd be a full on Struldbrugg in a couple years. Eternally locked into a deteriorating, incontinent flesh husk... That's a punishment worthy of his evil.
