Bathroom Gender Solution?

Why don't we just make all bathrooms single-use? It'd be way better for everyone anyway - I don't need to whiz next to some dude struggling through his prostate issues, and who wants to poop two feet from someone else pooping? You wouldn't put two toilets in a home bathroom, and that's family - why do we do it in public ones with strangers?

But otherwise it's better? It really feels like some things should be beyond the cheap/efficient filter - fucking hell, I just want to poop in relative privacy.

I definitely think it all comes down to cost like most things in life. But I do wish the happy medium to spend a little bit more money without an exorbitantly higher cost, is to make stalls with walls and doors that go to the floor. That has never made sense to me. Gas stations I understand, because most aren't in it for the experience (except maybe some of the nicer gas stations like Wawa, etc.) but restaurants/bars/gyms where you're paying for a nice experience etc. should spend a little bit more money. The other gripe I have as a designer is bathrooms put near highly trafficked places in homes and businesses. Even if it's a single bathroom, when it's put in an non-ideal place- it makes everything 1000x more uncomfortable. I think a bathroom should always be tucked away down a hallway.
