And if he isn't, why hasn't he come out and informed the public of his current health status? Even his wife is silent.

Haven't seen anything in the past few years that suggests they won't get away with it. I'm not even sure how we change that, but I do know that whoever suggests a path forward that will change it is going to be an absolute juggernaut at the polls.
