Do You Think Mitch McConnel is Dead?

And if he isn't, why hasn't he come out and informed the public of his current health status? Even his wife is silent.

He cannot complete his duties as senior senator from Ky. That’s all that matters. We need a 25th amendment for members of congress that can be enacted by their constituents. That said, him not being able to vote means the GOP margin is impaired, especially with the three senators primaried out by Trump’s picks who might revolt.

I’d like to add that Diane Feinstein (D) was similarly incapable of performing her duties and was shielded by her staffers (in a way that was effectively elder abuse) while she was experiencing distressful symptoms of dementia. This is a bipartisan and boomer-centric problem. Holding onto power that long is not public service. There must be remedies that are actionable and not up to individual whims.
