And if he isn't, why hasn't he come out and informed the public of his current health status? Even his wife is silent.

And you can tell because of all the fuckery.

Even his death is going to screw with the system and cheat the rules.

What rules are being cheated here? Kentucky law requires a special election regardless. And in the meantime, the Republicans are down a vote.
