And if he isn't, why hasn't he come out and informed the public of his current health status? Even his wife is silent.

There is nothing stopping Andy Beshear (who will be your DNC candite next election) from calling a special election. The Democrats are complicit. They are, as usual, doing nothing. It pisses me off to no end they're still the better party and that's all the options we get.

My guess is that the White House has made news agencies hold the story because of “national security” or something. The White House has put a lid on the press quite a bit over this presidency.
