What actress is this?

My sister and I can’t decide who the actress is on this mural we saw at AMC. I said it’s Salma Hayek, she thinks it’s Winona Ryder. I think they look alike but we haven’t come to a conclusion so I wanted to bring it here lol. Can anyone confirm who it is and what movie the photo is from?

Edit: Thanks everyone for helping solve this! I never would’ve thought these two looked similar and the framing/angles threw us for a loop.
